June 10, 2011, to reinforce the technical preparation, equipment installation, person training, field management and to ensure all activities related to gas turbine-compressor can progress orderly, HTC issued document to cancel former Gas Turbine Compressor Office and found Gas Turbine Compressor Equipment Facility.

Gas Turbine Compressor Facility succeeds all business of Gas Turbine Compressor Office, performs the functions of a production operation department, and is under the management of Vice General Manager for Production and Equipments.
