May 30 – June 3, 2011, XQC supervised and reviewed the updated quality management system for military products and supervised and reviewed the quality management system for civil products. The Review Group evaluated and considered that the quality management system of HTC for military products basically conformed to the requirements of updated version, and the quality management system for civil products conformed to the requirements. Both the two quality management systems were operating effectively.

This is the supervision and review of XQC on the operation of updated quality management system for military products and the quality management system for civil products on the basis of GJB 9001B-2009 and GBT 19001-2008. Quality management system documents was issued and implemented by HTC on February 25, 2011, and consisted of Quality manual, program and related documents; China national laws and regulations, product standards and customer requirements.
