On February 17^th, 2012, Mr. Abraham Yarden, Vice President of MSR System of TEI (Thermal Engineering International, USA. INC) visited HTC. Mr. Chen Dongshi, President of HTC, and Mr. Lv Zhiqiang, Vice General Manager of HTC interviewed the delegation. Then, Mr. Li Bingan Manager of Harbin Turbine Auxiliary Engineering Co. Ltd negotiated with TEI delegation on the cooperation for MSR of Tianwan Nuclear Power Project, and signed the Letter of Intend of “Cooperation Agreement for MSR” on the basis of complementary strengths and mutual benefits.

 

TEI USA has abundant design, manufacture and operation experiences in the field of MSR and its products are featured with high performance and high reliability. According to the division of responsibilities in the Letter of Intent, HTC will be the leader and designer, liable to the owner of Tianwan Project, and responsible for the overall coordination of the project; while TEI will be the design reviewer, responsible for the performance guarantee of Tianwan Unit #3&4, and supply reheating tube bundle and moisture separator components.
